Susan Kare book of Icons and Moof print
- This rare book of icons by Susan Kare is signed, as is the Moof "DogCow" print. The print is dated 2011 number 137/200 and is no longer available. It has not been removed from sealed wrapper, nor has the book.
- "If it wasn’t for needlepoint, the computer graphics we have come to know and love today might have looked a lot different. Pioneering designer Susan Kare was taught by her mother how to do counted-thread embroidery, which gave her the basic knowledge she needed to create the first icons for the Apple Macintosh 35 years ago." from Smithsonianmag.com

Power Computing Sluggo Kick-Ass Kozik Poster MacWorld '96
- This rare and controversial poster was designed by Frank Kozik, and features his 'Puggo' version of Sluggo from the Nancy comic. The original owner has this to say about the poster he got at the '96 Boston MacWorld: "It was released at Macworld '96 by PowerComputing, the most successful of the Apple Mac clone companies. Few of the posters were handed out, when one of the "SUITS" decided that they would no longer distribute them. They were removed from the booth and the show-floor locations where they were being handed out."
- The stories surrounding this poster include real and threatened lawsuits by the Nancy comic distributor over copyright violations and by Intel for being it's trademark being slagged. The word "ass" was also a sore point at Power Computing. This poster has been professionally mounted on a 1/4" wood backing panel that is not removable. There is a damaged corner in the wood at the bottom left of the frame where it fell from it's wall mount. The poster has no damage except the wrinkle outside the black border (click the image to view) and could be professionally restored.

DILBERT at 1 Infinite Loop Cupertino California Animation Cel
- DILBERT at Apple Computer Headquarters - an animation production art cel from the 1999 season of the Dilbert TV cartoon show. This is an original production art cel accompanied by a glossy presentation background. Size is 13"x11". This setup has a full walking DILBERT as the cel and the Apple rainbow logo at 1 Infinite Loop on the separate background. This is the original back painted cel. It is now a lost art as Dilbert was one of the last hand painted cartoon shows prior to the transition to digital.
- These Dilbert episodes originally were broadcast on the UPN network, but you can still see them on the Comedy Central cable channel. This cel was purchased from Nigelwackenfrets in Florida - the only source for the originals. It is highly collectible and is accompanied by certificate that this is an authentic Dilbert TV cartoon production art cel but aside from that this is one fine Apple collectible. Awesomely Rude Apple Poster: Hell Froze Over
- This is a rare Apple poster for the 2003 launch of iTunes for Windows. The text is Hell Froze Over. Introducing iTunes for Windows. The best Windows app ever written.
- The size is approx. 36" x 24" - it has never been displayed and there are no holes however it does have small edge creases. It is from a private Apple employee collection and is priced at $100 - mailed in a heavy cardboard tube for $20 postage. To inquire contact Dave via kootenaymac.tel
Rare large Macintosh Finder "Happy Face" window stickers
- These are rare brand new unused Apple dealer Mac OS Finder store window stickers measuring 8" x 10". The photo was taken with light shining through to show what they will look like when the backing paper is removed - if it is ever removed; the value may be in the unused condition or framed. This is the splash screen boot icon of System 8 (and then 9 and X) that replaced the Happy Mac icon with the introduction of the PowerPC.
- There are 3 available; they are rare and long out of production. These are not decals but cling stickers that were used on the inside of the display windows of Apple stores and resellers dating back to the mid 90's. They are installed like the clear protective screens on an iDevice. They are priced for the serious collector at $75 each - buy the 3 for $190 and the price includes insured postage. Rare Iridescent Apple 30th Anniversary Poster
- This Apple poster has reflective graphic and text that shimmers with colors of the rainbow as seen from different angles. Poster measures 24x36 - not displayed or hung, no holes or tears. Only saw one other since it was issued back in 2014, and never for sale anywhere. I took several photos in dappled sunlight to show the effect.

Apple M6531 Harman Kardon G4 PowerMac and iMac Pro Speakers
- These Apple Pro Speakers feature powerful Harman Kardon audio technology. They connect to your Power Mac G4 desktop systems using a single cable which provides 20 watts of sound (10 watts/channel) to the speakers with a frequency range of 70 hertz to 20 kilohertz.
- Apple Pro Speakers are different from the speakers that came with the Power Mac G4 Cube: While the Apple Pro Speakers look very similar to the Power Mac G4 Cube speakers, the Apple Pro Speakers get their power from the computer and require a system with an Apple speaker minijack like the one on the G4 Power Mac tower and G4 iMac. The Power Mac G4 Cube speakers, on the other hand, are USB-powered and are designed to work only with Power Mac G4 Cube systems. Also, the G4 Cube speakers have an external amplifier, whereas the Power Mac G4 has an internal amplifier that supports the Apple Pro Speakers.
- The analog-based speakers require systems with an Apple speaker minijack. They are not USB-based speaker. Be advised that the cording is beige not white. Rip.Mix.Burn. iMac G3 Dalmatian poster collection
- Vintage original G3 iMac Dalmatian poster collection from the Apple "Rip Mix Burn" campaign, which caused a bit of controversy because the music industry thought that it promoted stealing music. However, the iTunes music store has since proven that wrong. All 3 are from the Think Different era, copyright 2001, Apple part number L13044A.
- I bought them from a retired upstate New York Apple dealer several years ago and am just now offering them for sale as a set. They are all factory different: the left one is a very high quality plastic laminate on both sides, the right one is the standard light poster paper and the bottom one is unique in that the poster stock is quite heavy and it has a slightly pebbly matte finish on the front and the back is a kind of waxy gloss finish. Different for sure.
- These Blue Dalmatian posters are very rare in the wild now, not even The Missing Bite or eBay has any currently. They measure 22" x 28" each and are all in near mint or new old stock condition and were never displayed except for this photo. Bear in mind they are 17 years old and have been handled a bit - one has a light smudge but there are no pin holes or tears and all will frame up nicely. The price is $330 US for the 3 poster collection and that includes insured mailing to Canada and USA in a heavy cardboard tube (out of North America adds $30 postage). I prefer to sell as a set. Classic Macintosh Power Computing T-shirt
- This Power Computing size XL promo t-shirt is from the 1996 ad campaign. It has awesome graphics from an Apple authorised Macintosh clone manufacturer. The shirt is not new, it has been worn once and then stored for over 10 years. It has only been washed one time and that was by hand. You may never find another one of these shirts for sale. The front with the company logo on it is no great shakes but the large back graphic by Frank Kozik thunders like Charlton Heston at an NRA convention. This super rare vintage Mac authorized clone promo shirt was purchased from a high-tech collector in Germany. It is priced at $175 and mailing with insurance is available at cost. Apple iBook Clamshell Poster Collection
- This is a collection of 4 original Apple G3 iBook Clamshell promo posters. The poster at top left has a picture of the Graphite iBook and the text is “Black tie optional.” The bottom of the poster has the graphite Apple logo and is inscribed “Think Different. The price is $60.
- The top right poster has a picture of the Graphite, Grape and Tangerine iBooks with text “iBook. Now with iMovie.” The bottom of the poster has the lime Apple logo and is inscribed “Think Different”. It is priced at $65.
- At bottom left is a memento from MacWorld New York 1999. The "go go go" Tangerine iBook promo poster is in moderately good condition with a few wrinkles around the go go area and pin holes in the corners. It is priced at $75.
- The bottom right Blueberry iBook poster has from 1 to 3 tack holes in each corner and two very small creases and a 1" colored pencil mark at the top edge a bit right of center. This "go go go" poster has the Apple part number LO4017A on it with text of Macworld New York 99 across the width of the bottom. It is priced at $65.
- These posters were for promotional purposes only and were not sold in Apple stores and have become hard to find. The upper posters are 22" by 28". The lower posters are 24" by 36". All are printed on heavy card stock poster paper. The price for the 4 posters as a set is $250 USD and that includes insured postage in a heavy cardboard tube. - The Flower Power iMac poster is a requisite addition to any vintage Apple collection.
